Care of Building. The Sponsor shall not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building and the tables, or damage the equipment. Sponsor assumes all liability costs for damage incurred.

Care of Building. Painting, nailing, or drilling of floors, walls, ceilings, or any part of the building is not acceptable. Exhibitors cannot attach signs, or other articles to ceilings, walls, pipes, or electrical fixtures. Attachment of any type to the walls or flooring is not permitted. Charges will apply for all tape damage and/or adhesive removal.
Care of Building. No Exhibitor may allow an article to be brought into or permit any act to be done on the premises which will violate or increase the premiums or void policies of insurance held by Show Management or the ex- hibit hall’s owners. No Exhibitor may permit any act by its employees, agents, patrons or guests by which the premises, including space occupied by Exhibi- tor, shall in any manner be marred or defaced. Nothing will be attached to the walls or other portions of the building which would damage same. Exhibitor must surrender the space occupied by him in the same condition as at the commencement of occupation. Any damage done to the premises by the Ex- hibitor shall be made good to Show Management or the building owners as their interests may appear.
Care of Building. Renter shall clean up the Building and grounds by the end of time reserved. Renter or Renter's invitees shall maintain the building during occupancy in a clean, sanitary and orderly manner. Dust mop, wet mop, mop bucket, floor cleaner, toilet brush, toilet cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels and surface cleaner shall be provided.
Care of Building. The Exhibitor will be held responsible for any damage done by its employees or representatives at the Event venue. The Exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to building floors, walls or columns, or to standard booth equipment, or to other Exhibitors’ property. The Exhibitor may not apply paint, lacquer, adhesive or other coating to building columns and floors or to standard booth equipment.
Care of Building. Acceptance of exhibit space makes it obligatory on the part of Vendor and employees that they shall not deface, injure or mar the XxXxxxxxx Place Lakeside Center. Vendor is responsible for the costs incurred due to any damage.

Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save P2C+, the hotel and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons and property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor installations, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of the hotel and its employees and agents.

Care of Building. Installation of materials of any kind to the walls, ceiling, columns, floors or other common areas of the Madison Marriott West Conference Center, inside or outdoors is prohibited. Exhibitors may not mark, damage, or deface any part of the building or property belonging to the Madison Marriott West. Any such damage shall be the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. Sand, gravel, topsoil or loose materials may not he brought into the building unless Exhibitor obtains prior written approval from the Madison Marriott West and provides a copy of such approval to NARI of Madison and MABA. Brick, stone or other similar materials may not be cut on the premises unless vacuum is used to prevent dust and debris from entering air or remaining on floor. Exhibitors using pools, hot tubs, etc. must supply their own hoses and must use liners. A pump must be available in order to drain these displays in an emergency.
Care of Building. All students are expected to cooperate with the custodians in keeping the building and playgrounds clean and orderly. Wastebaskets are placed throughout the building to receive wastepaper and other refuse. Defacing or being destructive of school property is a sign of immaturity. Parents of students guilty of destroying school property will be held responsible. Chewing gum can be a tremendous custodial problem in our school; therefore, it is not permitted at school.
Care of Building. The Commercial Exhibits Committee will provide security beginning Wednesday morning through the close of the meeting. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage done to the building by them or their employees. No nails, tacks or screws shall be driven into the walls, woodwork or floor of the building. No gasoline, kerosene, acetylene, nor other flammable or explosive substances will be permitted in the building. Exhibits in operation must be so protected that dripping of oil on the floor does not occur.
