Common use of CAREER-PROGRESS DECISIONS Clause in Contracts

CAREER-PROGRESS DECISIONS. 18.1 Career-progress decisions concern increments, merit, promotions, renewal of tenure-track appointments, and granting of appointments with tenure. Career-progress decisions shall be based solely on performance reviews carried out according to applicable provisions in Article 17. All career-progress decisions are made by Xxxxx.
