Career Service Incentive Program. During the term of this Agreement, the Board may establish a Career Service Incentive Program to encourage attendance of teachers at local, state, regional, and/or national conferences (limited to North America) and, if established, to determine the level of funding. The Professional Growth Committee shall establish the approval guidelines, provided any changes shall be subject to approval by both the Board and the PREA.
