Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710.
b. Safety glass shall be in all windows.
c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed.
d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.
Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

Upgrades If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis. Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section
Furniture Misuse of University property, including possession of common area furniture in on-campus housing is prohibited and may result in a replacement charge and/or return of the property.
FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.
Trailers You are insured against claims arising out of your ownership, use or operation of any trailer or its equipment, provided that such trailer is not being towed by, attached to or carried on a motorized vehicle.
Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.
Hardware NCR Voyix may offer you the option to purchase or subscribe to Hardware. Hardware provided may not be new but may be like-new, except for Hardware purchased from NCR Voyix, which will be new. Delivery of the Hardware will be made to your designated Licensed Site(s). All Hardware purchased by you directly from NCR Voyix or from a Reseller for use in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, includes a standard 30-day non-transferable warranty against defects in manufacture, beginning on the date of purchase. Damage from wear and tear, misuse and other factors are not covered.
