Cash Collateral Requirements. At any time that there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, within five Business Days following the written request of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize the Issuing Bank’s Fronting Exposure with respect to such Defaulting Lender (determined after giving effect to Section 2.23(a)(iv) and any Cash Collateral provided by such Defaulting Lender) in an amount not less than the Minimum Collateral Amount.

Cash Collateral Requirements. If any Letters of Credit remain outstanding after the end of the Commitment Period, Borrower will deliver cash or cash equivalents to the Issuing Lender equal to one hundred two percent (102%) of the face amount of all such Letters of Credit, to be held by the Issuing Lender as cash collateral for LOC Obligations related to such outstanding Letters of Credit. Such cash collateral amount shall be reduced and the excess collateral returned to the Borrower, as Letters of Credit are reduced or terminated. At any time that there shall exist a Defaulting Lender, immediately upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Lender, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent cash collateral in an amount sufficient to cover all Fronting Exposure (after giving effect to Section 2.18(a)(iv) and any cash collateral provided by the Defaulting Lender).
Cash Collateral Requirements. Xxxxx agrees to deliver cash collateral (“Collateral”) to Seller to secure Xxxxx’s performance for this Addendum in the total amount of four hundred and twenty five thousand dollars ($425,000.00) by wire transfer to the account set forth on Exhibit B no later than the second (2nd) business day following the Addendum Date. Seller reserves its rights set forth in Article 5(e) of the Agreement to request additional Adequate Assurances only in the event that Seller’s credit exposure with Buyer materially increases or Buyer’s credit rating materially decreases. Upon payment in full, after the termination of the Letters of Credit, of all such obligations, the Administrative Agent will repay and reassign to the Borrower any cash then in the Cash Collateral Account and the Lien of the Administrative Agent on the Cash Collateral Account and the funds therein shall automatically terminate.

  • Cash Collateral, Repayment of Swingline Loans If the reallocation described in clause (iv) above cannot, or can only partially, be effected, the Borrower shall, without prejudice to any right or remedy available to it hereunder or under law, (x) first, prepay Swingline Loans in an amount equal to the Swingline Lender’s Fronting Exposure and (y) second, Cash Collateralize the Issuing Lender’s Fronting Exposure in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 3.10.
