Cash Flow Estimate. No later than 14 calendar days after the Commencement Date shall the Consultant submit a schedule specifying on a quarterly basis all projected fees, reimbursable expenses and VAT to be paid by the Client to the Consultant. The cash flow estimate shall be updated semi-annually (per March and September).

Cash Flow Estimate. The Contractor shall furnish to the Engineer, a detailed cash flow estimate together with an “S” curve, in respect of the works, within 28 days from the Commencement Date. This shall be up-dated and submitted every subsequent, three (3) months, thereafter until the completion of the works. SP 13. 4.15 Access Route Add the following sub-clause to the end of Sub-Clause 4.15 of General Conditions 4.15.1If any damage occurs to any bridge or road communicating with or on the routes to the Site arising from the transport of Materials, Equipment or Plant, the Contractor shall notify the Engineer with a copy to the Engineer, as soon as he becomes aware of such damage or as soon as he receives any claim from the authority entitled to make such claim. Where under any law or regulation the hauler of such Materials, Equipment or Plant is required to indemnify the road authority against damage, the Engineer shall not be liable for any costs, charges or expenses in respect thereof or in relation there to.

  • Cost Estimates If this Agreement pertains to the design of a public works project, CONSULTANT shall submit estimates of probable construction costs at each phase of design submittal. If the total estimated construction cost at any submittal exceeds ten percent (10%) of CITY’s stated construction budget, CONSULTANT shall make recommendations to CITY for aligning the PROJECT design with the budget, incorporate CITY approved recommendations, and revise the design to meet the Project budget, at no additional cost to CITY.

  • Construction Cost Estimate At 50% completion of the contract documents, the design team will present and submit copies of the project plans and manual.   • Preliminary Cost Estimates The Engineer shall develop a preliminary cost estimate using the Average Low Bid Unit Price. The Engineer shall estimate the total project cost including preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, environmental compliance and mitigation, construction, utility relocation, and construction engineering inspection (CEI).
