Access Route. The Contractor shall be deemed to have been satisfied as to the suitability and availability of access routes to the Work Site. The Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to prevent any road or bridge from being damaged by the Contractor's traffic or by the Contractor's Personnel. These efforts shall include the proper use of appropriate vehicles and routes. Except as otherwise stated in these Conditions:
(a) the Contractor shall (as between the Parties) be responsible for any maintenance which may be required for his use of access routes;
(b) the Contractor shall provide all necessary signs or directions along access routes, and shall obtain any permission which may be required from the relevant authorities for his use of routes, signs and directions;
(c) the Contract Awarder shall not be responsible for any claims which may arise from the use or otherwise of any access route;
(d) the Contract Awarder does not guarantee the suitability or availability of particular access routes; and
(e) Costs due to non-suitability or non-availability, for the use required by the Contractor, of access routes shall be borne by the Contractor.
Access Route. Except in the event of an Emergency (defined below), or in the event the Property becomes vacant, the Authority Parties shall access the Authority Easements on the Property by using the corresponding access route(s) shown and described on Exhibit A with color-coded arrows (each, an “Access Route”, and collectively, the “Access Routes”), and in accordance with the terms set forth on Exhibit B. For purposes of this Agreement, an “Emergency” is an unexpected situation that requires, in the Authority’s sole but reasonable determination, immediate action due to a legitimate threat or imminent danger to (a) human life, safety, health, or physical well-being, or (b) personal property, real property, or improvements located upon the Property, including any facilities constructed within the Authority Easements. Owner may revise Exhibit A and the Access Routes, or any part thereof, from time to time; provided, however, that Owner shall provide the Authority not less than thirty (30) days’ notice before implementing any such change, and further that changes to any Access Route shall not materially adversely affect the Authority Parties’ access to the Authority Easements. Owner shall provide the Authority with any keys, access codes, security passes, phone numbers, or similar means that are required in order to access the Authority Easements. Owner shall at all times maintain each Access Route in a reasonably safe and usable condition.
Access Route. The suitable, all-weather access route from the nearest public roadway to the POI that is acceptable to GPC and that will be available to GPC at all times (24/7/365(366)) throughout the Term to facilitate GPC’s provision of QF Interconnection Service.
Access Route. (a) The Contractor shall be deemed to have been satisfied as to the suitability and availability of access routes to the Site. The Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to prevent any road or bridge from being damaged by the Contractor’s traffic or by the Contractor’s Personnel. These efforts s hall include t he pr oper use o f a ppropriate v ehicles and routes. The Contractor shall indemnify the Employer against and from Losses in respect of any breach of its obligations under this paragraph.
(b) Except as otherwise stated in this Contract:
(i) the Contractor shall (as between the Parties) be responsible for any maintenance which may be required for its use of access routes or for any repairs that may be required as a result of the Contractor’s use of access routes;
(ii) the Contractor shall provide all necessary signs or directions along access routes, and shall obtain any Consents which may be required from the relevant authorities for its use of routes, signs and directions;
(iii) the Employer shall not be responsible for any claims which may arise from the use or otherwise of any access route;
(iv) the Employer does not guarantee the suitability or availability of particular access routes; and
(v) Costs d ue t o non -suitability or non -availability, f or t he us e r equired by t he Contractor, of access routes shall be borne by the Contractor.
Access Route. 7.11.1 The Concessionaire shall be deemed to have satisfied itself as to the suitability and availability of the access routes it chooses to use. The Concessionaire shall (as between the Concessionaire and the GOB) be responsible for the repair of access routes damaged by the Concessionaire.
7.11.2 The Concessionaire shall provide any signs or directions, which it may consider necessary for the guidance of its staff, labour and others. The Concessionaire shall obtain any Applicable Permit that may be required from any Competent Authority for the use of such routes, signs and directions.
7.11.3 The Concessionaire acknowledges that: (a) it will not have sole occupation or use of access routes to the Site; and (b) it will co-ordinate its use of all such access routes with other concessionaires engaged by the GOB so as not to hinder or delay the performance of works by, or the access to the Site of such other concessionaires.
Access Route. As part of this application, the applicant shall certify under penalty of perjury that the applicant has secured and shall maintain permission for Xxxxx County personnel and their invitees to access the permitted site, including (i) permission to access the land where the site is located, (ii) permission to collect resource data as defined by Wyoming Statute § 6-3-414, and (iii) permission to enter and cross all properties necessary to access the site if the site cannot be directly accessed from a public road. A map of the access route(s) to the site shall accompany this application. Attach map as a separate sheet.
Access Route. Grantee shall have a nonexclusive right of access from the Project Site to each of the Easement Parcels for the exercise of the rights herein granted, subject to the following conditions:

Access Route. The Grantee’s access route under Section 2.1(g) of the Agreement shall be as depicted in the diagram attached as Schedule “B” hereto.
Access Route. The Owner shall ensure that throughout the lifetime of the Development the general public shall have access on foot during daylight hours to the route through the Land shown on Plan 4 PROVIDED THAT the obligation to provide public access shall not deemed to be breached in the case of:
(a) fire, flooding and emergency or other disaster or security or public safety issue except that such closure shall not continue for more than 72 hours without the written approval of the Council unless such closure is required by law or is otherwise advised by the Metropolitan Police;
(b) occasional temporary closure (not exceeding one day's length at any time in any calendar year) for sufficient time to assert rights of proprietorship preventing public or private rights from coming into being by means of prescription or other process of law;
(c) the requirement to carry out maintenance, cleaning, renewal and necessary or required works, except that any such works shall be undertaken in such a way as to cause minimum disruption to the public and in any event shall not continue for more than 72 hours without the written approval of the Council; and
(d) prior written approval of the Council.
