Cash in Lieu of Medical Benefits. ‌ In lieu of subscribing to the Board provided medical insurance, an eligible employee may elect to receive $3,500.00 per school year. As of July 1, 2016, employees newly eligible for insurance coverage will receive cash in lieu of $2,400 rather than $3,500.
