Common use of Cashable Leave at Termination Clause in Contracts

Cashable Leave at Termination. Upon termination for any reason employees shall be entitled to payment for unused cashable annual and unused cashable sick leave balances. Such payment shall be made at the rate of 100% of the then current value of the employee's leave balance based upon the factored hourly rate at time of termination. Non-cashable leave shall be forfeited upon termination.
