Casual Kaimahi Leave. Casual kaimahi are entitled to the minimum statutory leave entitlements provided in the Holidays Act 2003. Payment for statutory holidays will be made only if the kaimahi would have worked the day as part of their normal timetable. The following leave provisions do not apply to casual kaimahi.
