Casual Leave. (a) Employees may be granted casual leave with pay to a maximum of two (2) hours for the following purposes:

Casual Leave. At the discretion of the Employer, a regular employee may be granted casual leave with pay to a maximum of two (2) hours for purposes of special or unusual nature. Such casual leave shall not be deducted from any earned leave credits.
