Common use of Casual Nurses Clause in Contracts

Casual Nurses. Casual nurses whose status is changed to regular part-time or regular full- time will be credited with actual hours worked for the purpose of establishing their seniority in accordance with 10.03 a) or 10.03 b) above, as applicable.
