Common use of Casual Pool Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Casual Pool Eligibility. Upon completion of the probationary period, the employees in (vi) above may request to be placed on the Casual Pool List for additional hours. The onus will be on the employee to advise the Employer of his/her availability.
