Common use of Casual Qualification Amount Clause in Contracts

Casual Qualification Amount. The "Casual Qualification Amount" referred to in clause 19.2(f)(i) is calculated by multiplying the Level 1 Step 1 - Clerical and Administrative Employee casual hourly rate of pay by 152. Upon commencement of this Agreement that amount is $5,339.76.

The "Casual Qualification Amount" referred to in clause 19.2(f)(i11.2(f)(i) is calculated by multiplying the following formula: Level 1 Step 1 - Clerical clerical and Administrative administrative Employee casual hourly rate of pay by 152. Upon commencement of this Agreement that amount x 152 or $2,274.00, whichever is $5,339.76the greater.
