Casual Qualification Amount. The "Casual Qualification Amount" referred to in clause 19.2(f)(i) is calculated by multiplying the Level 1 Step 1 - Clerical and Administrative Employee casual hourly rate of pay by 152. Upon commencement of this Agreement that amount is $5,339.76.
