Catastrophic Illness or Injury Benefit. 15.14.3.1 An eligible Unit Member may receive up to 640 hours of donated catastrophic illness or injury leave, if full-time, or a proportionate share prorated by the percentage of employment, if less than full-time, subject to the following limitations:
