Categories of Information. The personal data processed and transferred concern the following categories of personal data: For Talent and Crew: Information about Talent and Crew relevant to the Production including name, role, contact details, documentation required under immigration laws, payroll data where required for data exporter to comply with its obligations and exercise its rights under the Agreement , leave and vacation records for key cast and above the line crew or otherwise to the extent it impacts the production schedule contract information, qualifications and talent management information, compensation information, information included in production reports, required for data importer to exercise any consultation and approval rights it has been granted and any other information required for performance of the Agreement.

  • Update of Information If, prior to the Closing Time, any event shall occur or condition shall exist which would, singly or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect the Company will promptly give the Winning Bidder(s), the Placement Agents and the Selling Shareholder written notice of such event or condition and effects therefrom, as well as copies of any related documentation.
