Categorization of Applicants. Based solely upon the New User Application, Contractor shall categorize each Applicant for purposes of further consideration of the New User Application, as set forth in a New User Application M&P (as that term is defined in Section 6.4.2 as (A) a TSP, (B) PTRS, or (C) “other,” which for purposes of this Section 6.1.2 shall refer to any Applicant that is not identified in the New User Application as either a TSP or a PTRS. An Applicant may not be categorized as more than one of (A), (B), or (C) above in any single New User Application, but may submit separate New User Applications in order to qualify under more than one category. {00522950:} If an Applicant is categorized as a TSP, Contractor shall process the New User Application pursuant to a New User Application M&P. All employees on the internal layoff list for the classification, and all promotional, transfer and voluntary demotion candidates, who have the skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position will be certified and will be considered by the Employer, prior to consideration of other candidates.
