Section 6.4.2. 5 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite work shift with designated times of beginning 6 and ending as well as a lunch period, where appropriate. Said work shift shall be flexible to 7 weather conditions and/or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Superintendent.
Section 6.4.2. 2 In work years that have over 260 workdays, twelve (12) month employees shall be awarded 3 additional days off equal to the number of workdays over 260 to be taken in conjunction with the 4 4th of July holiday.
Section 6.4.2. 29 The Committee shall elect annually the Chair and Secretary. One shall be Labor and the other 30 Management. 31
Section 6.4.2. 11 A District car may be used to transport up to five (5) students to a school sanctioned function, 12 driven by any trained staff member. A van may be used to transport up to nine (9) students, 13 however, a trained school employee, not holding a bus driver license may be utilized.
Section 6.4.2. 5 All hours worked over forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at the rate of one and 6 one-half (1½) times the employee’s regular pay. Section 6.4.2. 13 Bereavement leave shall not be accumulative.
Section 6.4.2. 23 The District will provide, no later than October 1, a copy to each classified employee of a salary 24 calculation which contains the number of hours the employee will be working for the school year, 25 the rate of pay, hours of vacation time available, list of holiday hours, pay level and step, and 26 expected gross income for each month.
