Category Definitions and Teacher Qualifications. a) Category definitions shall be those established by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation. In case Teachers will be paid in accordance with their Certification Rating Statement based on the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation- Certification Plan in effect December 31, 1997. A copy of a dispute that plan as of that date is attached to the ruling original of the OSSTF Certification Appeal Board shall be final.
