Employee Assistance Plan (EAP. Where the Employer and District agree to share the cost of an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), the cost will be shared on a 50/50 basis. Any changes to the current EAP arrangement may only be done by the mutual consent of the Employer and the Teachers. The contribution of each District member will be to a maximum of $20 annually, deducted at source.

Employees recommended by the administration to receive assistance under the program will receive confidential assistance after reporting to the agency. No information will be provided to the employer. For mandatory referrals, the agency shall agree to report only the fact of the employee receiving assistance from the agency and that the employee is satisfactorily meeting the tenants of the treatment plan.
Employee Assistance Plan (EAP. The Employer offers all Employees access to an Employee Assistance Program. The premiums are paid one hundred percent (100%) by the Employer. The services which are provided are confidential and include counseling, information and referral services for Employees and their family members.
