Catering and Concession. Permits must be approved by the Parks Department and is subject to approval and permitting by the Xxxxxx Xxxxxx County Health and Human Services Department. Vending, Concessions, and/or Solicitation or Collection of Funds/Money Solicitation, admission or other charges, money-raising activities, and/or sales are not allowed without the approval of PARD management. Such events are required to show proof of General Liability insurance. Additionally, entities or vendors must be registered with the State of Texas and have a valid sale and use tax ID.

  • SCOPE OF CONCESSION A. Concessionaire shall be granted, under a Concession Agreement (“Agreement”), the non- exclusive, revocable right to dispense food, non-alcoholic beverages, and novelties (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Operation”) at Belleplain State Forest. Concessionaire’s operation shall be limited to the structure(s) or area(s) provided by Department for concession purposes and specifically designated in Exhibit A (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Premises”).

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • The Concession 3.1.1 Subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits, the Authority hereby grants to the Concessionaire the concession set forth herein including the exclusive right, licence and authority to construct, operate and maintain the Project (the “Concession”) during the Construction Period and for a period of 10 (ten) years commencing from COD, and the Concessionaire hereby accepts the Concession and agrees to implement the Project subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Bucking shall be done to permit removal of all minimum pieces set forth in A2. Purchaser may buck out cull material when necessary to produce pieces meeting Utilization Standards. B6.000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
