Use of photo, audio and video-material To promote itself and its own events, courses and programs the GMS uses photo material and sometimes audio or video recordings. ☐ Yes, I hereby grant my consent to the GMS to use photos of myself (or of my child) as well as audio/video recordings made of courses, workshops or events for promotional purposes without requiring special permission. I can cancel this agreement any point in the future.
Flextime (a) For the purpose of this agreement, flextime means the hours worked by an employee, or group of employees, who are given authority by the Employer to: (1) choose their starting and finishing times; and (2) choose their length of workday within a stated maximum number of hours, subject to meeting the required annual hours of work in accordance with this agreement, through a specified averaging period. (b) The full-time employee on flextime who has a day of absence, whether with or without pay, will be deemed to be absent for the agreed upon hours, providing at least the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period. If less than the agreed upon hours are required to complete the averaging period, such number of hours will be deemed to be the hours of absence. (c) The averaging period for employees on flextime will be two pay periods. (d) The workday for those employees on flextime will not exceed 10 hours.
Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.
Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview. In the event of an emergency, such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit shall be given. The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview. a. Prior to being interviewed pursuant to this section, the employee shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity and facilities to contact and consult privately with his or her union representative or union attorney. b. Any interview of an employee under this section shall be conducted at a reasonable time, at a suitable location and, when practicable, on the department’s premises when the employee is on duty. The union representative or union attorney may participate in the interview. c. The interview shall be limited to questions that are directly, narrowly, and specifically related to the employee’s job performance as it relates to the allegation(s) or complaints. The employee shall not be subjected to any offensive language nor be threatened with transfer, dismissal or other disciplinary action. Confidentiality of the interview shall be maintained.
Bilingual Pay Where the Employer currently pays bilingual pay or bonuses, it shall continue to do so. The Employer retains discretion to initiate bilingual pay or bonuses. The minimum bilingual bonus or hourly equivalent is $25 per pay period. The Employer may not require an employee to use bilingual skills without paying the appropriate bonus or pay. This does not apply to employees where such skills are in the classification specification.
Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS A. No drug use of any type, nor consumption of alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall be permitted on the premises. B. The Authorized User will not be liable for any expense incurred by the Contractor as a consequence of any traffic infraction or parking violations attributable to employees of the Contractor. C. It is the Contractor's responsibility to maintain the equipment and materials provided for the work consistent with applicable safety and health codes. D. The Office of General Services' interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding upon the Contractor. E. The Office of General Services will make no allowance or concession to the Contractor for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, location, or other conditions.
