Common use of CELL PHONE SUBSIDY Clause in Contracts

CELL PHONE SUBSIDY. 11 The hospital will provide a monthly subsidy to support personal cell phones 12 used by Hospice nurses. Full time (78 hours per pay period) Hospice nurses 13 will receive $50.00 and part time (40 to 78 hours per pay period) Hospice 14 nurses will receive $00.00.Xx the event that the Hospital identifies comparable, 15 more cost effective alternative means or technologies or is able to negotiate 16 more favorable terms with a service provider, the Hospital may reduce the 17 reimbursement level. The Hospital will provide thirty days notice of any such 18 change.
