Cellular Phone and Laptop Computer. 6.7.1. Company shall provide Employee with, and pay for the use of, a cellular phone and shall provide Employee with a laptop computer, for Employee’s use in the course of performing his obligations under his Position (the “Cellular Phone” and the “Laptop Computer”, respectively). 6.7.2. Employee shall bear any and all taxes applicable to him in connection with the Cellular Phone and/or the use thereof, and shall return the Cellular Phone to Company’s principal office upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company. 6.7.3. Employee shall be entitled to retain the Laptop Computer and shall not be required to return it to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company.

Cellular Phone and Laptop Computer. 4.7.1. The Company shall provide the Employee a cellular phone, will pay for the use, and phone call costs, of that cellular phone used by the Employee in the course of performing Employee’s obligations pertaining to Employee’s Position (the “Cellular Phone”). Employee shall bear any and all taxes applicable to Employee in connection with the Cellular Phone and/or the use thereof. For the removal of doubt, the Employee shall be entitled to make reasonable private use of the Cellular Phone. For the avoidance of any doubt the Cellular Phone will not form part of Employee’s social benefits and will not be taken into account for the purpose of calculating the Employee’s social and/or other benefits of any kind. 4.7.2. The Company shall provide the Employee with a laptop computer for the Employee's use during her term with the Company, the make and type of which will be agreed together with the Employee (the "Laptop"). 4.7.3. Employee shall return the Cellular Phone and the Laptop (together with its equipment supplied and/or installed therein by Company) to Company’s principal office upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company. Employee shall have no rights of lien or possession with respect to the Cellular Phone and/or any other equipment relating thereto as above mentioned.

Cellular Phone and Laptop Computer. The Board shall provide the Superintendent with a Board-owned laptop computer. The Board agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost associated with the Board-owned laptop computer and its maintenance. Upon retirement or termination of this Contract, the Superintendent shall return the Board-owned laptop computer to the Board. The Board shall reimburse the Superintendent for the monthly cost of his cellular phone plan up to $125 per month.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Cellular Phone Executive is eligible to receive one cellular telephone issued through the Employer's corporate account for use on the Employer's business. The phone will remain the property of the Employer and must be returned upon termination of Executive's employment with the Employer.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Communications and Computer Lines Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires and cables (collectively, the “Lines”) at the Project in or serving the Premises, provided that (i) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent to the installation of any such Lines (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease, (ii) an acceptable amount of space for additional Lines shall be maintained for future occupants of the Project, as determined in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, (iii) the Lines (including riser cables) shall be appropriately insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (iv) any Lines servicing the Premises shall comply with all Applicable Laws, (v) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Landlord may require that Tenant remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises that will no longer be used by Tenant and repair any damage in connection with such removal, and (vi) Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith. Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time in violation of any Applicable Laws or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition. Upon the expiration of the Lease Term, or immediately following any earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, remove all Lines installed by Tenant, and repair any damage caused by such removal.

  • Computer The Contractor shall maintain at its office for its use a computer with, at a minimum, a 1 GHz processor and an internet connection. The Contractor shall maintain individual email accounts for each of its project managers.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes. 11.2 We may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses i and ii are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses. 11.3 We may provide You with the ability to obtain certain Oracle Software (as defined below) for use with the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms. Your right to use any Oracle Software will terminate upon the earlier of our notice (by web posting or otherwise) or the end of the Services associated with the Oracle Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms. Your right to use any part of the Oracle Software that is licensed under the separate terms is not restricted in any way by this Agreement.

  • COMMERCIAL COMPUTER SOFTWARE If performance involves acquisition of existing computer software, the following Company Exhibit is incorporated by reference: CCS Commercial Computer Software License (Company – July 2010).

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.
