Cellular Phone Expenses. The Company shall provide The Employee with a cellular phone for business usage. The Company shall reimburse the Employee in the sum of up to NIS 500 per month. Any tax imposed on the Employee which relates to the use of a cellular phone and/or the reimbursement of expenses as aforesaid, shall be borne by the Employee.
Cellular Phone Expenses. The Company shall cover Employee’s use of his personal cellular phone. For the avoidance of any doubt, Cell Phone Expenses paid pursuant to this paragraph will not form part of the Employee’s social benefits and will not be taken into account for the purpose of calculating the Employee’s social and/or other benefits of any kind, including severance pay.
Cellular Phone Expenses. The Company shall participate in the monthly cellular phone expenses incurred by the Employee in an amount of up to NIS 300 per month.

  • Travel Expenses All travel and other expenses incident to the rendering of services reasonably incurred on behalf of the Company by the Employee during the term of this Agreement shall be paid by the Employer. If any such expenses are paid in the first instance by the Employee, the Employer shall reimburse him therefor on presentation of appropriate receipts for any such expenses.

  • Marketing Expenses Certain marketing expenses, such as Selected Dealer conferences, may be advanced to Selected Dealer and later deducted from the portion of the Dealer Manager Fee re-allowed to that Selected Dealer. If the offering of Shares in a Feeder Fund is not consummated, Selected Dealer will repay any such advance to the extent not previously expended on marketing expenses. Any such advance shall be deducted from the maximum amount of the Dealer Manager Fee that may otherwise be re-allowable to Selected Dealer. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, as to any Feeder Fund, Selected Dealer will not be entitled to receive any Dealer Manager Fee and/or Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Fee which would cause the aggregate amount of selling commissions, dealer manager fees, Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Fees and other forms of underwriting compensation (as defined in accordance with applicable FINRA rules) received by the Dealer Manager and all Selected Dealers to exceed 10.0% of the gross proceeds raised from the sale of Shares in the Feeder Fund’s primary offering.

  • Reimbursable Expenses In addition to the compensation paid to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8 hereof, the Company or the Partnership shall pay directly or reimburse the Advisor for all of the expenses paid or incurred by the Advisor (to the extent not reimbursable by another party, such as the dealer manager) in connection with the services it provides to the Company and the Partnership pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

  • Employee Expenses (a) All costs of every nature pertaining to all employees at the Hotel, including, without limitation, salaries, benefits, EPLI coverage, the terms of any bonus plan or arrangement, costs incurred in connection with governmental laws and regulations and insurance rules, shall be set forth in the Approved Budget as an Operating Expense.

  • Direct Costs Insert the major cost elements. For each element, consider the application of the paragraph entitled “Costs Requiring Prior Approval” on page 1 of these instructions.

  • Automobile Expenses The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance not to exceed $1,000 per month. The Company shall pay all insurance premiums and maintenance for the automobile that is the subject of the automobile allowance.

  • Development Expenses Bionics will reimburse the Company for all reasonable expenses directly associated with the development of the Lead for Bionics (including, without limitation, costs associated with animal studies and human trials), when the Company submits a request to Bionics for approval prior to incurring such expenses and such expenses are incurred with Bionics’ written approval, provided receipts for such expenses are submitted to Bionics within 30 days after such expenses are incurred. Upon receiving a request for expense authorization from the Company, Bionics will indicate to the Company whether the requested expense is authorized within 15 days for expenses up to $1,000 and within 30 days for expenses over $1,000. Bionics will reimburse the Company within 30 days of receiving reasonably detailed invoices describing the Company’s authorized expenses under this Agreement. The Company will provide those invoices to Bionics within 15 days after the end of each month in which the Company incurs any authorized expense.

  • ALPS Compensation; Expenses (a) ALPS will bear all expenses in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided herein. ALPS will not bear any of the costs of Fund personnel. Other Fund expenses incurred shall be borne by the Fund or the Fund’s investment adviser, including, but not limited to, initial organization and offering expenses; the blue sky registration and qualification of Shares for sale in the various states in which the officers of the Fund shall determine it advisable to qualify such Shares for sale (including registering the Fund as a broker or dealer or any officer of the Fund as agent or salesman in any state); litigation expenses; taxes; costs of preferred shares; expenses of conducting repurchase offers for the purpose of repurchasing Fund shares; administration, transfer agency, and custodial expenses; interest; Fund directors’ or trustees’ fees; brokerage fees and commissions; state and federal registration fees; advisory fees; insurance premiums; fidelity bond premiums; Fund and investment advisory related legal expenses; costs of maintenance of Fund existence; printing and delivery of materials in connection with meetings of the Fund’s directors or trustees; printing and mailing of shareholder reports, prospectuses, statements of additional information, other offering documents and supplements, proxy materials, and other communications to shareholders; securities pricing data and expenses in connection with electronic filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.

  • Fees, Expenses and Reimbursement (a) So long as the Administrator provides Administrative Services to the Company, it shall be entitled to receive reasonable and customary fees for such services as well as out-of-pocket expenses as may be agreed to by the Administrator and the Company pursuant to a separate written agreement.
