Common use of Central 1 Health and Welfare Plan Clause in Contracts

Central 1 Health and Welfare Plan. (a) All regular employees who work not less than twenty (20) hours per week shall be entitled to coverage under the B.C. Central Benefit Program after completion of the probationary period. The premium cost shall be fully (100%) paid by the Employer except for the disability where the premium cost shall be fully paid by the employee. Details of the following plans are contained in brochures provided by the Employer: Terms and conditions of the benefit plans shall be made available to Shop Stewards.
