Century Compliance. That the century change is, and shall be, supported in the Licensed Software’s logic and data, and that the Licensed Software shall support the use, entry or creation of dates prior to, on, after or spanning January 1, 2000, so that when such a date is either processed (including by way of calculation, comparison, sequencing, display, storage or otherwise), entered into, or is intended to be generated as a result of the operation of the Licensed Software, the Licensed Software shall not (1) fail or produce incorrect date results, or (2) cause any other programs, hardware or system to fail or to generate errors.
Century Compliance. (a) When used in this Exhibit with initial capital letters, the following terms have the respective meanings given below.
Century Compliance. Xxxxxx.xxx represents that Calendar-Related processing by the Software of the Date Data or of any System Date will not cause the Software to cease to operate substantially in accordance with the Software documentation. Xxxxxx.xxx further represents that all data fields for the Date Data contained in the Software are four-digit fields capable of indicating century and millennium and that Xxxxxx.xxx has verified through the testing procedures that no change in the System Date (including the change from the year 1999 to the year 2000) will cause the Software to cease to operate substantially in accordance with the Software documentation. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, Xxxxxx.xxx makes no representation or warranty that the Software shall be Century Compliant when operating in conjunction with any computer software, computer firmware, computer hardware, or any combination of the foregoing supplied by third parties.

That the century change is, and shall be, supported in QPX’s logic and data, and that QPX shall support the use, entry or creation of dates prior to, on, after or spanning January 1, 2000, so that when such a date is either processed (including by way of calculation, comparison, sequencing, display, storage or otherwise), entered into, or is intended to be generated as a result of the operation of QPX, QPX shall not (1) fail or produce incorrect date results, or (2) cause any other programs, hardware or system to fail or to generate errors.
Century Compliance. The Contractor warrants that the hardware, software and firmware products, provided for the _________________’s use or used by the Contractor to provide any service or commodity that is the subject of this Contract, individually and in combination, shall successfully process, store and perform calculations with dates regardless of the century in which the dates occur.
