Common use of CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES Clause in Contracts

CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. In the event a Police Officer in another department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Employer will permit at least two uniformed Police Officers of the Department to participate in funeral services for the said deceased officer.

CEREMONIAL ACTIVITIES. In the event a Police Officer in another department Department in the State of New Jersey is killed in the line of duty, the Employer will permit at least two (2) off-duty uniformed Police Officers of the Department to participate in funeral services for the said deceased officerOfficer.

The participating officer shall provide reasonable notice to the Chief of Police.
