Certain Customer Relationships. Section 3.25 of the Disclosure Schedule contains an accurate list of RTI's ten largest customers for the fifteen month period ending September 30, 1997 (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of all products purchased by such Primary Customers from RTI during such period. RTI has not received any notice and does not otherwise have knowledge that any Primary Customer intends to reduce the volume or dollar amount of the products it purchases from RTI.
Certain Customer Relationships. Section 3.28 of the Disclosure Schedule contains an accurate list of Sense8's ten largest customers or distributors in 1997 (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of all products purchased by such Primary Customers from Sense8 in 1997. Sense8 believes that it has good relationships with each of the Primary Customers and Sense8 has not received any notice or otherwise has knowledge that any Primary Customer intends to reduce the volume or dollar amount of the products it purchases from Sense8.
Certain Customer Relationships. Section 3.38 of the Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of VSA's ten largest customers (in terms of dollar sales by VSA) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1998 (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of all sales by VSA to such Primary Customers during such period. VSA has not received any written notice that any Primary Customer intends to reduce in any material respect the dollar amount of sales by VSA in the year ending June 30, 1999 from the year ended June 30, 1998.
Certain Customer Relationships. Section 2.5 of the Disclosure Schedule contains an accurate list of Delta's ten largest customers for fiscal year 1999 (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total 1999 revenues from each such Primary Customer. Delta has good relationships with each of the Primary Customers and Delta has not received any notice or otherwise has knowledge that any Primary Customer has or intends to cease to use the services of Delta or to reduce substantially the use of Delta's products or services.
Certain Customer Relationships. Schedule 5.21 contains a list of the ten (10) largest customers of Seller with respect to the Business for the two (2) previous fiscal years (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of revenues generated by such Primary Customers during such periods. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.21, Seller has good relationships with each of the Primary Customers, and neither Seller, nor NexCoil, has received any notice of, nor to the Knowledge of the Seller, do any of the Primary Customers intend to reduce the volume or dollar amount of its purchases or cease or suspend its business relationship with Seller, as the case may be for any reason. No Person having a material business relationship with Seller including, but not limited to the Primary Customers, intends or has threatened to materially change such relationship for any reason.

Section 3.27 of the Disclosure Schedule contains an accurate list of Transom's ten largest customers on a cumulative basis (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of all products purchased by such Primary Customers from Transom since Transom's inception. Transom believes it has good relationships with each of the Primary Customers and Transom has not received any notice or otherwise has knowledge that any Primary Customer intends to reduce the volume or dollar amount of the products it purchases from Transom.

Cimtech has good relationships with each of the Primary Customers and Cimtech has not received any notice or otherwise has knowledge that any Primary Customer intends to reduce the volume or dollar amount of the products it purchases from Cimtech.

Section 3.29 of the Disclosure Schedule contains an accurate list of Antenna's 15 largest customers for the year ending December 31, 1995 (the "Primary Customers"), together with the total dollar amount of all products purchased by such Primary Customers from Antenna and the Antenna Subsidiaries during 1995. Antenna and the Antenna Subsidiaries generally have good relationships with each of the Primary Customers and neither Antenna nor any of the Antenna Subsidiaries has received any notice or otherwise has knowledge that any Primary Customer intends to reduce the volume or dollar amount of the products it purchases from Antenna or the Antenna Subsidiaries.
Certain Customer Relationships. Buyer has not received notice from any customer that accounts for 25% or more of Buyer’s net sales that such customer intends to modify in any manner detrimental to Buyer its relationship with Buyer, except for any such modification as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Buyer.
