Certain Duties and Responsibilities of Fiscal Agent. (a) The Fiscal Agent undertakes to perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth in this Funding Loan Agreement, and no implied covenants or obligations shall be read into this Funding Loan Agreement against the Fiscal Agent.
