Certain Federal Requirements for Contracts. 26.1 Contractor understands and acknowledges that this Agreement may be totally or partially funded with federal funds. As a condition of receiving these funds, Contractor represents that it is and will remain in compliance with all applicable federal terms, including those attached as Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. The terms listed in Exhibit B flow down to all third party contractors and their subcontracts at every tier that exceed the small purchase threshold as set by the County, unless a particular award term or condition specifically indicates otherwise. Contractor shall require that the clauses listed in Exhibit B shall be included in each covered transaction at any tier.

Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
