Certificate of authorised signatories. The Trustee may call for and may accept as sufficient evidence of any fact or matter or of the expediency of any dealing, transaction, thing or act (including, without limitation, as sufficient evidence of the satisfaction of any of the conditions set out in Condition 5(b)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv), 5(c), 5(e), 5(j) and Condition 5(k)) a certificate signed by any two authorised signatories of the Issuer as to any fact or matter upon which the Trustee may, in the exercise of any of its functions, require to be satisfied or to have information to the effect that, in the opinion of the person or persons so certifying, any particular dealing, transaction, thing or act is expedient and the Trustee need not call for further evidence and will not be responsible for any loss that may be occasioned by acting on any such certificate.
