Certificate of School Concurrency. A written determination by the School Board that all school concurrency review requirements have been satisfied for a proposed development and that Available School Capacity, with mitigation if required, is sufficient to accommodate students generated by the proposed residential development. A Certificate of School Concurrency vests a residential development for school concurrency, and reserves school capacity for the proposed residential development, subject to (1) any conditions set forth in the Certificate of School Concurrency, (2) the requirements of this Agreement, (3) any ordinances or policies implementing this Agreement, and (4) any conditions imposed as part of or as an inducement to, the issuance of the Certificate of School Concurrency.
Certificate of School Concurrency. Unless exempted from school concurrency as provided in subsection 7.5 below, the Local Governments shall not approve a final plat or multi-family residential site plan, or the functional equivalent, until after the applicant has obtained a Certificate of School Concurrency from the School Board.
