CERTIFICATE REGARDING DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION. Subgrantee represents that neither it nor any of its principals has been debarred, suspended or determined ineligible to participate in federal assistance awards or contracts as defined in regulations implementing Office of Management and Budget Guidelines on Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension (Nonprocurement) in Executive Order 12549. Subgrantee further agrees that it will notify XYZ immediately if it or any of its principals is placed on the list of parties excluded from federal procurement or nonprocurement projects available at xxx.xxx.gov.
CERTIFICATE REGARDING DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION. Client, as a non-federal entity utilizing federal funds, is prohibited from contracting with or making subawards under covered transactions to parties that are suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded from, or ineligible for, participation in Federal assistance programs or activities, or whose principals are suspended, debarred or otherwise excluded from, or ineligible for, participation in Federal assistance programs or activities. Service Provider hereby agrees to provide Client with a copy of the signed Certificate Regarding Debarment and Suspension, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference, to ensure that these federal rules are followed.

  • Debarment and Suspension A.
