Certificates and Memberships. Any cost incurred by a Regular Employee, with respect to maintaining a Certificate or Membership which the Company agrees is required for the Employee’s job, shall be reimbursed by the Company to the Employee.

Certificates Evidencing Membership (Check if Applicable) ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER: Every membership interest in the Company shall be evidenced by a Certificate of Membership issued by the Company. Each Certificate of Membership shall set forth the name of the Member holding the membership interest and the Member’s Percentage Interest held by the Member, and shall bear the following legend: “The membership interest represented by this certificate is subject to, and may not be transferred except in accordance with, the provisions of the Operating Agreement of , LLC, dated effective as of , 20 , as the same from time to time may be amended, a copy of which is on file at the principal office of the Company.”
Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.
Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.
SICK LEAVE / Medical Certificates and Reporting 10.1 Sick leave with pay shall be granted to a teacher on account of injury to or the illness or disability of the teacher, or for the purpose of obtaining necessary medical or dental treatment.
Medical Certificates (a) An employee who has given the Employer notice of their intention to take paid or unpaid parental leave, or unpaid partner leave shall provide the Employer with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner naming the employee, or the employee’s partner, confirming the pregnancy and estimated date of birth.

Timber Designations Timber designated for cutting shall be confined to Sale Area, except as provided in B2.131, B2.14, B2.15, B2.32, and B5.1. Sale Area Map indicates subdivisions, if any, where Marking under B2.35 is to be done after timber sale advertisement, except for construction clearing under B2.32, minor changes under B2.37, and damaged timber. Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.
