Certificates of Fair Value. The Company shall furnish to the Trustee certificates or opinions of fair value with regard to released property pursuant to Section 314(d)(1) and (3) of the Trust Indenture Act, which certificates or opinions shall be made by an independent engineer, appraiser or other expert to the extent required by Section 314(d) of the Trust Indenture Act. Certificates of Fair Value. To the extent applicable, the Company shall cause TIA Section 314(d) to be complied with. Any certificate or opinion required by TIA Section 314(d) may be made by any Officer of the Company, provided that, to the extent required by TIA Section 314(d), any such certificate or opinion shall be made by an "independent appraiser" or other "expert" (as such terms are set forth in TIA Section 314(d)).
