Common use of Certification Bonus Clause in Contracts

Certification Bonus. Each nursing unit will identify and publicize at least 18 one preferred, not required, advanced certification. There will be no payment for 19 multiple certifications or re-certifications. 20 RNs with certification(s) as described above will receive 50¢$1.00 per hour 21 certification differential (regular status and Code 3 RNs eligible).
