Certification of the Settlement Class For purposes of this Settlement only, the Parties stipulate to the certification of the Settlement Class, which is contingent upon the Court entering the Final Approval Order and Judgment of this Settlement and the occurrence of the Effective Date.

New Certifications If a participating Employer is newly certified by ONA at one of its owned nursing homes for its registered nurses, the existing standard non-monetary provisions in the central ONA/RN agreements will automatically apply to the nurses effective nine (9) months after the Employer receives notice to bargain from the Union or a Memorandum of Agreement or Interest Arbitration Award is received, whichever is earlier. AS9100 Certification AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
Certification of Contractor The Contractor shall certify, over his own signature, that the Work provided for by the Contract Documents has been completed under the terms and conditions thereof, and that the entire balance of the contract is due and payable.
Professional Certification The Superintendent shall at all times during the term of this Contract, and any renewal or extension thereof, hold and maintain a valid certificate required of a superintendent by the State of Texas and issued by the State Board for Educator Certification or the Texas Education Agency and any other certificates required by law.
Certification of Deletion The parties agree that the certification of deletion of Personal Data that is described in Clause 12(1) of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall be provided by VTEX to Customer only upon Customer’s request.
Employee Certification Employee hereby certifies that he has had an adequate opportunity to review, and understands all the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.
