Certification Premium. 1. All Certified Food Service Employees shall receive a premium of $.25 per hour. 2. One individual in each Xxxxx Center Public School buildings, who is assigned to count money at the end of each day, will be paid a $.25 premium per hour. 3. An additional $415/year will be paid to any employee required by the Board to obtain a boiler license.
