Chain of Possession Procedures. At the time specimens are collected for either, probable suspicion, D.O.T examination or random testing, the employee shall be given a copy of the specimen collection procedures. The specimens must be immediately sealed, labeled and initialed by the employee to ensure that the specimens tested by the laboratory are those of the employee.
