Chair - Union Safety & Health Committee. The Company agrees that the Chair of the Union Safety and Health Committee will not be required to perform any duties associated with his job as an employee of the Company. The Company agrees to continue to pay full wages and benefits with no loss of any rights or privileges, including the accumulation of job and plant seniority, to the Chair of the Union Safety and Health Committee for the life of the Collective Agreement.
