Common use of Chairs of the Committee Clause in Contracts

Chairs of the Committee. The Committee will be headed by co-chairs chosen from its members, one appointed by the Province and one appointed by the Recipient. If a co- chair is absent or otherwise unable to act, the member of the Committee duly authorized in writing by the Province or the Recipient, as applicable, will replace him or her and will act as co-chair in his or her place.
