CHALLENGING THE EVALUATION. An employee may insert a written challenge into the evaluation file, challenging any statement made in the submissions constituting the materials used in the evaluation. The challenge, which must be submitted within seven (7) working days of the employee being advised that the evaluation is complete, shall relate to the appropriateness of the statements made in the materials on the grounds that they are not relevant, or that they contain information and judgments that are not supported by evidence or materials in the file.
