Change in hours worked Clause Samples

The 'Change in hours worked' clause defines the conditions under which an employee's scheduled working hours may be altered by the employer. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying employees of changes, such as requiring advance written notice or specifying limits on how much hours can be increased or decreased. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for adjusting work schedules, thereby ensuring both operational flexibility for the employer and predictability for the employee.
