Change of Booking. 6.1 Transferred bookings are not normally permitted eg a transfer from one property to another, a change in the Guest or a transfer from one date to another.
6.2 Please check all details especially the cottage hired and the dates required upon receipt of the confirmation letter to ensure that they are correct as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date. If after your booking has been accepted by us, you require an amendment or re-invoice, there will be a charge.
Change of Booking. 5.1 We will endeavour to assist you in a transfer of a booking to an alternative date at your request and an administrative charge of £100 will be made in such a case in addition to any applicable increased rent.
5.2 Changes cannot be accepted within one month of the start date of the holiday. If a change results in a reduction in the length of the holiday it will be regarded as a cancellation.

A standard administration fee may be charged by Witoor Ltd in respect of each change made. In order to change a Customer booking, Witoor Ltd will normally need to cancel the original booking which may incur compensation and/or charges imposed by the Suppliers up to the full value of travel booked and Customers will need to pay for the cost of a new booking.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES: In case of an emergency, and we as parents are not able to be contacted, I authorize the Avondale Christian Kindergarten to seek medical advice in the best interests of my child. I agree to pay for any medical costs incurred.
