Common use of Change of Days of Rest Clause in Contracts

Change of Days of Rest. When an employee's days of rest are changed within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled days of rest, he/she shall be paid double time for the hours worked on the originally scheduled days of rest. This clause shall not apply if the days of rest are changed at the request of the employee.
