Change of Enroler. To protect the integrity of all Marketing Organisations and safeguard the hard work of all LifeVantage Distributors, LifeVantage strongly discourages changes in Enrolers or Placement Sponsors. Maintaining the integrity of placement is critical for the success of every LifeVantage Distributor and Marketing Organisations. Accordingly, the transfer of a LifeVantage Distributorship from one enroler to another is rarely permitted. Requests for a change must be submitted by contacting the LifeVantage Compliance Department and must include the reason for the change. Any change will be at the sole discretion of the Company. If the change is approved, only one change will be allowed per distributorship. A change of Enroler will only be considered in the following two (2) circumstances:

Accordingly, the transfer of a LifeVantage Distributorship from one Enroler to another is rarely permitted. A change of Enroler will only be considered in the following two (2) circumstances: In cases involving fraudulent inducement or unethical sponsoring, a LifeVantage Distributor may request that they be transferred/changed to another Organisation with their entire Marketing Organisation intact. All requests for transfer/change alleging fraudulent enrolment practices shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The LifeVantage Distributor seeking to transfer/change submits a properly completed and fully executed Enroler Change Request Form, which includes the written approval of their Enroler and immediate five (5) Enroler Upline LifeVantage Distributors. Photocopied or facsimile signatures are not acceptable. The LifeVantage Distributor who requests the transfer must submit a processing fee for administrative charges and data processing. If the transferring LifeVantage Distributor also wants to move any of the LifeVantage Distributors in their Marketing Organisation, each Downline LifeVantage Distributor must obtain a properly completed Enroler Change Request Form and return it to LifeVantage with the processing fee (i.e., the transferring/changing LifeVantage Distributor and each LifeVantage Distributor in their Marketing Organisation multiplied by the processing fee is the cost to move a LifeVantage Organisation.) Downline LifeVantage Distributors of the Marketing Organisation will not be moved with the transferring/changing LifeVantage Distributor unless all of the requirements of this section are met. LifeVantage Distributors requesting the transfer/change must allow thirty (30) days after the LifeVantage receipt of the complete Enroler Change Request Form and fees for processing and while a decision is being made.

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
