Common use of Change of Enroller Clause in Contracts

Change of Enroller. To protect the integrity of all Marketing Organizations and safeguard the hard work of all LifeVantage Distributors, LifeVantage strongly discourages changes in Enrollers or Placement Sponsors. Maintaining the integrity of placement is critical for the success of every LifeVantage Distributor and Marketing Organization. Accordingly, the transfer of a LifeVantage Distributorship from one enroller to another is rarely permitted. Requests for a change must be submitted by contacting the LifeVantage Compliance Department and must include the reason for the change. Any change will be at the sole discretion of the Company. If the change is approved, only one change will be allowed per enroller. A change of enroller will only be considered in the following two (2) circumstances:
