Change of Intended Use. Buyer covenants and agrees that neither Xxxxx nor any of Xxxxx’s successors or assigns will change its use of the Property from the Intended Use of the Property defined above without obtaining Seller’s prior consent to such change in writing.

Change of Intended Use. The Land Trust agrees that if they decide to change the intended use of the majority of the Property from agricultural use to some other use, the Land Trust must first seek agreement of the Town Council.

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

  • Change of Status Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC, in writing, of ANY change in ownership, control, dealership/franchisee status, Motor Vehicle license status, or name. Contractor shall offer written guidance to advise H-GAC if this Agreement shall be affected in any way by such change.
