Change of Provider(s). The provider, if any, for the coverage(s) provided in this Article shall be at the choice of the City provided that coverage changes shall not be altered except through negotiations with the Union. If a change occurs in the Provider, the Union shall be notified of any change in the delivery of coverage hereunder at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any such change.

Change of Provider(s). The Medical Center shall have discretion to change insurance carriers and/or benefit providers. However, in network benefits will remain comparable to those provided by the insurance plans in effect as of the effective date of this Agreement.
Change of Provider(s). 13.15.1 In the event the District proposes to change insurance provider(s), the proposed provider(s) and specification for coverage will be submitted to an independent insurance consultant chosen by the District and CSEA for evaluation as xxx comparability of benefits and services to that of the current provider(s). Upon completion of the evaluation, the independent consultant will provide a copy of the report to both the District and CSEA. The District reserves the right to make the final selection of insurance provider(s). The objective of this process will be to maintain substantially equivalent benefits at the lowest cost to the District.

Section 5 (De-Identified Data) of Article IV (Duties of Provider) of the SDPA is hereby modified by deleting “indirectly” from the last sentence and by deleting the second to last sentence and replacing with the following sentence: “Except for Subprocessors, Provider agrees not to transfer de- identified Student Data to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification, and (b) that party agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to Student Data privacy and security, all as may be amended from time to time.”

  • Exchange of Information 1. The competent authorities of the Contracting States shall exchange such information as is foreseeably relevant for carrying out the provisions of this Agreement or to the administration or enforcement of the domestic laws concerning taxes of every kind and description imposed on behalf of the Contracting States, or of their political subdivisions or local authorities, insofar as the taxation thereunder is not contrary to the Agreement. The exchange of information is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2.

  • Change of Carrier It is understood that the Employer may at any time substitute another carrier for any Plan (other than OHIP) provided the benefits are equivalent and are neither reduced or increased. The Employer shall provide to the Union full specifications of the benefit programs contracted for before implementation of any change.
